One of our most important decisions of past years was the appointment of team managers. They have proved to be very important to the smooth running of the club. The few teams that do not have a manager have been the ones that miss out on latest news and encounter the most problems. Managers are expected to provide the committee with feedback on parent concerns and team matters in general. Should a manager not wish to deal personally with a particular problem, they should report it to the committee who will deal with the matter. Managers and their team coach should strike up a good working relationship and assist each other in the smooth running of their team. Should there be a problem in this area, the manager can also discuss this with the committee.
